For a structured multinational company in the pharmaceutical field, we are looking for a Tech Transfer Specialist (SMP scientist) on the production plant based in Pomezia (RM)
The SMP Tech Transfer Specialist is responsible for technical support for New Products, Tech Transfer products, and marketed products in the Consumer Products portfolio.
Responsabilità
The Tech Transfer Specialist will identify improvement opportunities and resolve issues with marketed products and processes. The scope of work may include reformulation, process development/improvement, and manufacturing plant support. The Tech Transfer Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and Research and Development (R&D).
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define key tasks or activities and indicate percentage of time required to perform each task.
• Resolve issues with new products, tech transfer , and marketed products and processes
• Identify improvement opportunities
• Execute technical aspects of projects, report metrics, and interact with and/or lead cross-functional teams to implement projects.
• Prepare technical protocols, reports, and memos
• Participate in multi-functional teams to investigate problems, implement resolution, and develop optimized processes
Functie-eisen
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific/engineering discipline is required.
Describe any additional knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required.
• Understanding of cGMPs and current FDA Compliance requirements is a required.
• Experience in formulation or manufacturing of liquid consumer/pharmaceutical products is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are highly preferred.
• Experience managing projects is preferred.
We offer a not fixed term chemical-pharmaceutical contract with the possibility of personal and professional growth for a level to be defined based on the real experience of the candidate.
