1 TALENT & LEARNING SR SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
• Establishes a learning network within the organization to define and implement the learning strategy and associated plans which will meet functional learning objectives.
• Works closely with the Global Leadership & Learning Center of Excellence to co-design and deliver learning initiatives across the Global Organization.
• Works closely with key stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective implementation of learning initiatives.
• Design & develop learning solutions that support learning best practices, address needs identified, drive action & behavior change & improve performance.
• Develop and manage content, including assigning participants and driving completion rates of programs.
• Organize and conducts needs analysis and gathers customers’ insights, also evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, focus groups, etc and uses results to drive continuous improvement of programs.
• Provides data analytics regarding learner and curriculum success
• Facilitates and provides technical support for training and development programs.
• Participates in project teams on a variety of initiatives, including new technology, new products and special events.
Preferred Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business or education field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of related Learning & Development experience required (design and implementation).
• LMS content creation experience or exposure required.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft environment required (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must have strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English language.
An initial fixed-term contract is offered.
The remuneration depends on the real experience gained in the field.
