NH Hotel Group is currently looking for a Sales MICE Manager to be included in the Italian Sales department.
The ideal candidate is graduated in Tourism Science or Economics and has developed at least 5 years of experience in the Sales Sector or similar activities, gained in the world of meetings and congresses, with training, knowledge and specific database related to the segment. He/she has an excellent knowledge of Italian, English and of a third language and has an excellent command of the Office package.
The Sales MICE Manager will be responsible for:
§ Management of a client portfolio with potential >75k/year consisting of agencies, PCO, incentive houses
§ Supervision of MICE segment performance as a point of sales/point of supply
§ Supervision of the performances of the TOP MICE hotels in Italy
§ Supervision of the MICE pipeline with definition and implementation of promotional activities
§ Definition of segment action plan vs. top MICE hotels
§ Participation in business initiatives such as events, family trips, workshops, in Italy and abroad.
§ Development of new business opportunities in Italy and abroad
§ Collaboration to expand market share NH MICE
The ideal candidate has customer and result orientation, commercial aptitude. He/she is flexible, dynamic and capable of teamwork.
Availability to travel (in Italy or abroad) is required.
Workplace: Milan or Rome Central Offices.
