Receptionist/ Office Assistant?English Speaking

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks.?

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. The Office Manager's duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also support the Office Manager with Office requirements and coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing post, booking meeting rooms, hospitality & couriers. Managing office consumables stock levels and replenishing stock as and when required.?


·Greet and welcome guest to office, inform their host in a timely manner.?

·Issue visitor security passes including temporary access passes to HQ staff and staff visiting from international and subsidiary offices.?

·Provide the first line of response for callers and staff seeking information about office facilities and services.?

·Daily, first thing in the morning ensure the reception area, including the small kitchen and front of house meeting rooms to a high standard, kept in a good condition with adequate supplies of literature.?

·Compile and maintain reception documentation.?

·Manage visitor management – Keep data updated,

·Issue temporary access pass.?

·keep a record of all new and temporary access passes issued.

-Diary Management?

·Book meeting room as and when required for staff.?

·At times, you may be required to re shuffle bookings to fit requirements.?

-Post & Couriers?

·Manage all incoming and outgoing mail including courier shipments.?

·Oversee and manage mail supplies.?

·Sort all incoming mail as required.?

Multitasking and attention detail are essential skills for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.?

Position based in Rome
We offer a fixed term contract, 6 months
Salary: range from 25K-30K depending on experience?
