OUTLET STOCK ADVISOR Castel Romano

Location: Castel Romano (Italy)

Reports: Store Manager

Working hours: Part-Time (24h) Weekend Included

Type of Contract: ** fix-term contract with strong possibilities to be extended**

Main duties:

To contribute to increasing store turnover by participating in the merchandise flow management between the store and the warehouse and strictly follow all internal procedures in terms of logistics.

The Role:

-To support the team in the general operations of the Patrizia Pepe Outlet;

-To prepare and ship all returned merchandise to the warehouse;

-To receive and process incoming stock;

-To support general warehouse effort;

-To distribute goods to the store;

-To load and unload trucks;

-To sort items by categories;

-To guarantee a consistent level of stock to achieve sales target;

-To maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment;

-To do general warehouse tasks as assigned;

-To support to design warehouse layout to maximize space utilization, productivity, and safety;

-To go the "extra mile" to meet targets.

The Candidate:

-Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;

-Fluent in English (written & spoken) is preferred;

-Previous warehouse/retail experience;

-Knowledge of AS400 will be considered a plus;

-An excellent team player;

-Ability to perform physical requirements including standing and walking for full shifts;

-Ability to communicate and inspire store colleagues;

-Great skills;

-Good standard of numeracy;

-Strong skills;

-Dynamic and meticulous with details;
