Adecco Italia SpA is looking for a Operations Support Assistant Logistic.
The profile will be working in the central office located in Rome and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Provide general administrative support and assistance to the office.

• Support to carry-out logistical arrangements and prepare and organise materials for delivery or pickup incl. prepare documents, shipping orders, etc (e.g. for shipping and receiving equipment and other necessary materials).

• Support the management of shipment/movements of goods including pack, label, preparation of materials and organisation of services as needed.

• Control shipment contents and check with records, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy and ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.

• Develop processes and technical tools, such as plans, schedules, and responsibility that make the supply chain more efficient and improved tracking and reporting of materials or, storage, or inventory

• Support defining appropriate equipment levels to order, move, or store materials.

• Liaise with responsible officers to report issues, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.

• Maintain inventory, perform quality control and support the management of office materials

• Provide back-up to the other administrative staff.

• Perform any other duties in the interest of the service.

B) Selection criteria
Essential

1. Previous professional experience in relevant tasks of at least 1 year
2. Possess a thorough knowledge of MS Office suite
3. Possess a thorough knowledge of both Italian and English

Availability to full-time fixed- term contract through Adecco until 30.04.2022. (three months)
Gross monthly salary 3000€
