The Marketing and Business Development Manager actively contributes in creating strategies and carrying out projects that positively impact Meditrial’s image. The profile would enable the company’s brand growth by ensuring new sales and focusing on new client acquisition, also by the means of finding and introducing new markets. The goal is to promote the company’s products and services, understanding and addressing clients’ needs, to help us expand our clientele in so creating a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilities

·         Contacting potential clients to establish productive relationship and arrange meetings;

·         Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;

·         Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;

·         Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones;

·         Market and competitor analysis;

·         Organizes and supports market research;

·         Proposal of new promotional activities;

·         Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits;

·         Support for creation and maintenance of marketing reports, charts, spreadsheets, documents and presentations;

·         Board support for resources management, control and report processing;

·         Support for implementation and maintenance of new management software;

·         Dealing with special projects as required;

Qualification

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree, business, marketing or related field.

·         Experience in Marketing, Sales and/or Business Development in the life science field;

·         Languages: proficiency in oral and written english and german;

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Ms Power Point);

·         Excellent communication, planning and organizational IT fluency;

·         Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities.

·         Thourough Knowledge of the Medical Marketing field with several years of experience
