Manufacturing AIT Fluidic Operator

Randstad Italia spa, In-house division, is searching a Manufacturing AIT Fluidic Operator for a customer company in the aerospace industry.

Responsabilità

Candidate shall assume an active function as technician to follow entire production flow of propulsion subsystems form pipe manufacturing to assembly and test at subsystem and spacecraft level. His duties will include:

• Pipe bending with CNC machines


• Pipe end preparation (flaring, polishing) according


• Pipe welding with TIG automatic orbital welding machines.


• Pipe cleaning with chemical baths


• Pipe mechanical integration


• Electrical hardware interconnection (crimping) according to ECSS standards


• Nondestructive tests on manufactured pipes (dye penetrants, X ray, leak test)


• Mechanical integration


• Pneumatic test at subsystem and spacecraft level

• Knowledge/Experience in pipe manufacturing and welding


• Knowledge of main manufacturing standards as ECSS, ASTM, SAE, ISO


• Knowledge/Experience in mechanical integration in aeronautic and/or aerospace field


• Knowledge/Experience in Non Destructive tests methods and processes for piping verification (dye penetrant, X ray and leak test)


• Knowledge/experience in use of CNC machines, production tools and test instrumentation


• Knowledge/experience in use of technical gases such Nitrogen, Helium and Argon


• High school diploma in technical disciplines (mechanic or aeronautic is preferable)


• Availability to work in double or triple shifts


• Availability to work during bank holidays seasons and on weekends


• Availability to work abroad, inside or outside EU, for long periods (South America or Asia i.e.)


• Team Working attitude, capability to work in stressing situations and in multi-cultural contexts


• Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking
