On behal of a multinational company, we research in digital area a Junior Project Manager.
She/he will be in charge for running out of trans-functional digital projects
Main responsabilities:
- Ensuring the efficient running of Operations Projects, providing end-to-end project management support, from business case development through to implementation, for multiple ongoing projects;
- Providing Continuous Improvement to Project Team and IT team;
- Responsibility for the correct technical and commercial operation of the assets;
- Monitoring KPI and performance;
- Operating contracts management;
- Regulatory compliance management;
- Program and Projects governance, planning and delivery to ensure all current and future Operations projects are delivered
within a well-structured project environment with risks, budgets and timescales managed.
- Identify areas of continuous improvement in the business, define improvement Projects, and support execution
- Develop an handbook of processes and procedures
Requirements
2+ years Project Management experience
Knowledge of PM tools as Trello or Gantt
Able to be hands on to fully understand the challenges and effectively and knowledgeably communicate status with multiple stakeholders.
Strong Customer focus both in terms of development partners and end users.
Good English skills
