We are currently looking for a:

"Business Excellence Coordinator"

Purpose of the Position

The Business Excellence Coordinator is fully committed to business excellence as well as to business results achievement. They ensure company's strategies deployment by coordinating the BEX team in the company processes improvement effort both in the long and short term.

Duties and Responsibilities:

They support all management and supervising roles, from Managing Director to Project Leader, to adopt and implement Stakeholder Management Polices and Best Practices during all business processes cycle in the achievement of objectives.

The drive Business Excellence main processes including:

Documents and Sharepoint Management;

Procesess and Project KPI and Metrics Monitoring;

Non Compliance Monitoring and Analysis;

Customer and Stakeholder Satisfaction Analysis;

Internal Auditing;

Corrective and Preventive Plans tutoring and coaching;

Continuous Improvement Plans development and deployment.

The BEX Coordinator work closely with the IT/Software Development, Consulting Training and Coaching Teams for the implementation of the Best Solutions.

They communicate clearly, precisely and promptly the proposed Business Excellence Practices (Best and Innovative) to all Sales, Operation and Staff departments.

They ensure the proposed Business Excellence Practices are implemented in line with Management Expectation.

Follow Project Management (PMBOK) approaches during the entire life cycle of projects.

Education, Competencies and Experience required

Degree in Business Economics or Engineering, MBA would be a plus;

Good knowledge of the Organization Models and basic knowledge on marketing and sales;

Excellent use of Office application; advanced Excel knowledge;

Advanced data analysis, reporting and systems design skills;

Advanced problem solving and decision making skills;

Good project management skills. Good Planning and Control skills;

Good stress endurance, meticulous, flexible, dynamic, self-confident;

Good communication and relationship skills with stakeholders at any level;

Good relational skills, excellent interaction and cooperation skills. Leadership and customer focus attitude;
