We are now seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team based in Rome. Key responsibilities

•Acting as a first point of contact in the efficient management of various HR enquiries
•Providing general administrative HR support to stakeholders across the organization by auditing documents.
•Utilizing SAP/HR or ZUCCHETTI and other related systems, producing payroll reports for management and
confirm approval for overtime or paid time off.
•promptly generating employment contracts and other new starter documentation with a high degree of care
and accuracy
•Processing new employee setup and terminations as you centrally manage key moments in the employee
lifecycle. You will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks
and benefits.
•Supporting ad-hoc HR projects and business initiatives with attention to develop, support and update the
rapport with labor unions.
•Defining the budget and its related financial statement.

How About You?

•Master's degree in Economics or related fields such as Math /Statistics /Finance
•Previous experience in a similar HR administration role (payroll, compensation & benefit)
•Well-developed Microsoft Office skills coupled with a proven attention to detail in the use of data (proficiency
in Excel and Power point is highly required)
•Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work as part of a customer focused team
•Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work to set deadlines within a service-oriented environment
•Genuine passion for high levels of customer service in the delivery of business outcomes
•Fluency in English and Italian.
