Adecco Italia S.P.A. is looking for a Flow Manager Expert Officer.
The Flow Manager Expert will be working in one of the offices in Italy and will be responsible
for the following tasks under the supervision of the Line manager:
• Support the implementation of the operational activities of the assigned office
• Support the preparation of the schedule for the voluntary relocation interview,
ensuring a proper prioritisation of specific categories of cases
• Assist to ensure a regular and clear communication flow between the central office
and teams deployed and local offices
• Regularly liaise with the national authorities to receive updates on the field activities
and cases assigned for processing
• Support the organisation of linguistic and interpretation support for the stakeholders
and follow up on the quality of the service provided
• Provide regular analytical and statistical reports on outputs and challenges of the EUAA
Operations team
• Plan and coordinate the activities on the field e.g., disembarkations, voluntary
relocation, humanitarian corridors, etc, including coordinate with national authorities
and Member States as needed
Essential:
1. University degree in, Economics, International relations or other relevant fields.
2. Previous professional experience in similar tasks of at least 2 years
3. Possess a thorough knowledge of both Italian and English
4. Have excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
Advantageous:
1. Previous experience within an international and multicultural environment
2. Previous experience in the field of international protection
Availability to full-time fixed term contract until 31/01/2023. Gross Monthly Salary 4070€
