As Digital & Technologies team, we are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the IT Industry.

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to the General Manager of the Consulting Team Western Europe Area Headquarter.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage and prioritize calendar with strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment to priorities and commitments
• Help drive the rhythm of the business (ROB). This includes creation of a predictable cadence to meetings, deliverables and expectations for the leadership team and extended organization
• Maintain e-mail distribution lists to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with appropriate roll up aliases
• Coordination and logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events including All Hands, Morale Events, Team Training and Leadership Offsites
• Support all aspects of space, including current space portfolio maintenance, large scale moves, and provide transparency of future space needs and team nuances
• Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end, including all logistics and itineraries
• Reconcile and process expense reports
• Provide logistics and admin support to team events including scheduling v-team meetings, event invitations
• Produce meeting minutes from staff meeting
• Process Purchase Orders submissions for the team, everything from learning and development trainings, vendor contracts and equipment
• Validate vendor data to ensure proper tracking of expenses
