IT Dynatrace Specialist

Minimum 5 years of experience
Consolidated experience
- Autonomy in the installation, configuration and management of Dynatrace instances
- Predisposition to Problem determination and Problem solving
- Support for the preparation and control of procedures, technical specifications, operating manuals and statistical reports on services
- Support for the drafting of user documentation and / or preparation of templates
- Ability to analyze logs and read flows;
Basic technical knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change (IPC) tools
Solid knowledge of:
- trouble ticketing tools (eg ServiceNow, IBM Maximo, OTRS)
- office suite
System Administration
Solid knowledge of:
- installation, configuration and tuning of Dynatrace instances;
- experience in the interpretation of flows
- Administration and management of operating systems (Microsoft, Linux);
- Execution of procedures on the main Open Source operating systems (Linux distributions such as CentOS, SUSE, Red Hat, Debian, etc.);
Database administration and middleware products
- Oracle, SQL and DB2 databases;
- Web Application Server such as Oracle Web Logic, jboss and IBM WebSphere.
Educational qualification
High school diploma or equivalent culture
