is selecting for a prestigious client operating in the communication and marketing field:
Dutch or French speaking (C1/C2) Customer Service Operator:
- High School or Bachelor Degree;
- Previous experience in customer support activities (preferably in the IT sector);
- Good knowledge of the Office package;
- Maximum flexibility to work shifts, on weekends and holidays;
- excellent interpersonal skills such as friendliness, speed and attention to details
Working hours: 37 hours per week from monday to sunday with two days off.
Place of work: Roma Eur
The ideal candidate:
- has previous experience in customer service;
- is motivated and flexible;
- has good problem solving skills;
- is fluent in the duch or the french language (C1/C2)
