Job Location: Rome
Contract type: Agency worker. Salary between 26k and 32K

Responsabilità
Engineering support:
- Onsite support for data center energy (including power distribution system/cooling system/monitoring management system) project’s site survey, installation guide and commissioning when necessary.
- Responsible for project delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the project delivery, troubleshoot and close the technical issues and risk during project delivery phase.
- Prepare and follow the site acceptance test report for devices’ function validation, get preliminary acceptance certificate document when project finishes.
Maintenance support:
• Responsible for site equipment health check service and report annually when necessary.
• Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA, such as software upgrade or update, hardware replacement and so on.
• Responsibilities include but not limited to: Supervise the quality of on-site maintenance operation
Training support:
- Provide the data center energy product’s skill training to customer or partner when necessary.
- Training scope includes but not limited to: Equipment’s installation, operation and maintenance skill.
Functie-eisen
Professional Knowledge:
• Good knowledge of the UPS power system working mode and commission work
• Good knowledge of data center energy system (including power distribution system/cooling system/monitoring management system)
• Good understanding of data center building requirement or related standard rules
• Good understanding of data center electrical schematic diagrams and specifications
Business skills:
• Skilled in using AutoCAD software;
• The candidate should have worked in data center energy vendors or be familiar with UPS system/cooling system/monitoring system products.
• Ability to build effective technical relationships with customers, resells and colleagues on remote support
Working experience: More than 1 year in data center energy industry or equivalent (technical service, commissioning service)
Education: Bachelor & above.
Language requirments: Must be fluent to native level in Italy and English.
