IT DATABASE SPECIALIST: DB2
Your Role and Responsibilities:
You'll be involved in technical analysis and implementation of technical solutions on infrastructure IT. Incident Management: solving technical incidents, incident analysis, Database software installation, configuration, administration, tuning and patching. You'll design specific solutions for the clients cooperating with other teams. You'll work on database management, deploy structure data DB2, DB2 ordinary maintenance (reorg, runstat, lock, etc.), Application change and application deploy support, User Grant, monitoring and troubleshooting, Application fixpack DB2 and upgrade.
What you'll do:
Incident management, solving technical incidents in production environment; Problem management, incident analysis, root cause analysis, DB software installation, configuration, administration, tuning and patching; Change management, implementation of changes (configuration, deployment, installation, ...); Participation on the upgrade and patching planning; Subject matter expertise, providing expertise for security related threats and vulnerabilities; Projects, proposals/design/creation of new production environment for clients, communication and cooperation with other teams from various location. You'll do migrations, moves and cloning of databases and environments, Technical Configuration changes of database environments, Installation of new instance, Configuration of engines, Database management, user management, security management
