Adecco Italia S.p.A. - Onsite Eo - is looking for a Data Management Officer -
The profile will support the implementation of an information system as well as the automation of data collection and reporting, in accordance with the operational deliverables.
The position is based in Rome with frequent and extended travels to areas of operations.
- Facilitate and/or dispatch data collection in the operations, including data collection
methodology, data processing and data analysis
-Support the development of analytical tools aimed at systematising data collected.
- Cooperate with Office for the collection and verification of data in order to ensure the
harmonisation of procedures.
- Support the Project Officer in the implementation of the testing phase of an Information System
under development and verification that the features are in line with the technical specifications
Support the Business Analyst in the definition of requirements for data gathering, analysis and
reports.
-Conduct data collection audits in order to ensure that no unnecessary data collection is occurring
and to ensure that all necessary data is being captured.
-Support the effective communication flow between central office and other teams/stakeholders.
Provide support to the coordination of the activities of the office.
Essential
1. University Degree in Computer Science, Demography, Geography, Statistics, Economics,
International Relations or a related field.
2. Previous relevant professional experience in similar tasks of at least 2 years in Data Management,
Analysis, Information Technology or other applicable fields.
3. Excellent ability to perform data analysis, collection and report production using Excel and other
tools (including)
4. Good knowledge of programme management.
5. Proficiency in Spanish (B2), Italian (B2) and English (C1).
6. Previous experience within an institutional environment;
7. Knowledge of asylum and migration related legislation and procedures;
8. Previous experience in managing monitoring and surveillance systems in humanitarian and
development organizations or in large, complex organizations;
9. Knowledge and practical experience in the use of SQL language and knowledge of ER model.

Availability to full-time fixed- term contract through Adecco until 31.08.2021.
Gross monthly salary 4070€
