Responsabilità
According to the approved applicable Bid Process, to the winning strategy, cash mandate and to the Bid Organization:
Contributes and ensures the coordination of all Work Package Manager (WPM) activities for the preparation of the bid and the initial project baseline which will be transferred to the Project Manager:
Source Data for the future project (Proposal, Contract, …)
Requirements Baseline for the future project (Technical and Non Technical Requirements …)
Execution Baseline for the future project (WBS, OBS, PBS, RAM, Master schedule, Resource planning, Estimate Pack and cash profile, Risks and Opportunities Register, Initial Plan(s) ..)
Justification for the future project (Compliance Matrix, Solution Justification)
Contributes to the assessment of alternative solutions
Contributes to the identification of customer selection criteria and hot buttons
Contributes to the definition of the Make/Team/Buy strategy and for the involvement of KIP, the Industrial & contractual strategy
Supervise the Compliance status of all proposal elements, ensuring proposal schedule is respected
Identify the supply chain to set up for the project
Functie-eisen
In support of the Capture Leader and with Sales Manager – and KAM if relevant:
Support the preparation of internal documentation for Gates approval
Manage and plan the activities of the Bid team focused on the preparation/writing of the proposal and associated documentation
Define the Proposal template, the list of annexes and documentation – in line with customer request and sales policy
Prepare Storyboard and Mockups
Grant coherence among various elements (programmatic, financial, technical), then reflected in the various volumes and contribution (i.e. Supplier proposals)
Ensure the proposal schedule is respected
Support Red team organization and manage feedback and re-working activities
Participates in the implementation of Cash mandate decided at Gate 1 and in the negotiations with the Customer
Finalizes the best contract possible in accordance with the Cash and negotiation mandates decided by Senior Management respectively at Gate 1 and Gate 2
Defines and formalizes in the offer/contract terms of all the necessary conditions (including requirements relating to the payment plan (deliverables, cash in/ out, partial payment terms …)
