Siamo i Trenchtown Motel, una reggae band che nasce a Marzo del 2010 dall'incontro di amici legati dalla passione per il reggae e per le storiche incisioni di Bob Marley & The Wailers e che ne propone un fedele tributo con un repertorio che spazia tra i piu' grandi successi del cantautore Giamaicano e della sua fantastica band, con particolare riferimento agli album Legend e Natural Mystic da cui sono tratti la maggior parte dei brani del nostro repertorio: da Could You Be Loved a Jamming, da Buffalo Soldier a Get Up Stand Up, passando per i pezzi anche piu' roots come Natural Mystic, War, Roots Rock Reggae, Crazy Baldheads e Exodus , senza tralasciare ovviamente le intramontabili canzoni d'amore del grande Bob come No Woman No Cry , One Love, Stir It Up, Waiting In Vain e Is This Love e tutte le altre canzoni che lo hanno reso immortale e parte integrante e imprescindibile della storia della musica come I Shot The Sheriff, One Drop, Keep On Moving, Sun Is Shining, Positive Vibration, Who The Cap Fit, Iron Lion Zion, Three Little Birds , Lively Up Yourself e Redemption Song che e' il pezzo con il quale tradizionalmente chiudiamo i nostri concerti.
Un viaggio quindi fra i temi dell'amore, della pace, del rispetto e della tolleranza, dell'impegno sociale e della riscoperta delle proprie radici e delle proprie energie profonde affrontato magistralmente dal grande Bob e che i Trenchtown Motel ripropongono ai giorni nostri con molta umilta' , ma anche con molta voglia di trasmettere questi messaggi attraverso il loro sound.

Trenchtown MOTEL (100% Original Bob Marley Tribute Band) We are the Trenchtown Motel, a reggae band that was born in March of 2010 by a group of friends connected by a passion for reggae and the historic recordings of Bob Marley & The Wailers and that it offers a faithful tribute with a repertoire that ranges between the greatest hits of the Jamaican singer-songwriter and his fantastic band, with particular reference to the album Legend and Natural Mystic from which are taken most of the songs in our repertoire: from Could You Be Loved to Jamming, from Buffalo Soldier to Get Up Stand Up through the songs even more roots like Natural Mystic, War, Roots Rock Reggae Crazy Baldheads and Exodus, not forgetting of course the timeless love songs of the great Bob like No Woman No Cry, One Love, Stir It Up, Waiting In Vain and Is This Love, and all the other songs that made him immortal and indispensable part of the history of music as I Shot The Sheriff, One Drop, Keep On Moving, Sun Is Shining, Positive Vibration, Who The Cap Fit, Iron Lion Zion, Three Little Birds, Lively Up Yourself and Redemption Song that is the song with which we traditionally close our concerts.
