Adecco Italia s.p.a., is looking for a Monitoring and info System Assistant.
Area: Mathematics - Statistics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Data collection and quality control of the retained data;
•File data and information and maintain databases.
•Carry out data entry work through reporting templates;
•Compile and verify the accuracy and the quality of the retained data;
•Compare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
•Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
•assist processing data and organise results using charts and graphs.
•Perform any other duties required in the interest of the service.

SELECTION CRITERIA
Candidates will be considered eligible for selection on the basis of the following formal criteria to be fulfilled by the deadline for applications:
Essential
1. A secondary education or post-secondary education in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.
2.Previous relevant experience in similar tasks of at least 1 year;
5.Possess a thorough knowledge of both Italian and English;
6.Excellent Knowledge and ability to use MS Office;
7.High level proficiency in excel.
8.Attention to details, confidentiality and integrity;

Advantageous:
•Knowledge of asylum and migration related legislation and procedures would be an important asset;
•Knowledge and ability to use statistical software;
•Excellent organizational skills
•Good communication and negotiation skills.

Availability to full-time fixed-term contract through Adecco for a three-month period, with possibility of extension, starting from March 2020, gross monthly salary 3000€
